Application:

The Parkes quick fix joist hanger range offers a wide selection of alternatives for every eventuality, giving you fast and effective support in most timber to timber applications in particular the support of floor joists and trimmers.

Installation:

• All nail holes should be utilised.
• Hangers should be fixed using 30mm x 3.75mm Galvanised square twist nails or equivalent.
• Any excess leg length should be wrapped around the connecting timber and once again all nail holes used.

Variations:

Parkes heavy duty 450mm long leg joist hanger –These should be used where the joist needs to extend below the support timber. For instance, loft conversions or when lowering a ceiling.

Size Guide:      To suit timber widths – 38mm, 44mm, 47mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 100mm, 125mm& 150mm.

Other timber widths can be made to special order.

Parkes heavy duty 600mm long leg joist hanger – These can be used in the same applications as the 450mm long leg joist hanger where the two connecting timbers exceed the formers required length.

Size Guide:      To suit timber widths – 38mm, 44mm, 47mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 100mm, 125mm& 150mm.

Other timber widths can be made to special order.
